This page is dedicated as to what you are agreeing to when making a payment. We take a deposit or full payment towards the cost of treatment. We class this as consent that you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

NEW T&C’S ELECTRIC BASED TREATMENT / LASER 09/2023

You must be 14 years of age and over to have laser-based treatments. However, you would need parental consent and a parent present on each treatment if under 18.

You reserve the right to change your mind about treatment following an in-depth consultation but this will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

If you are unsure about efficacy or have any general questions, please book in a free 10 min face - face chat.
All consultations require a deposit of £50 (NON-REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERRABLE) to secure your booking.
If you pay a large sum of money as a deposit to purchase an offer/ deal. The payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE in case you change your mind.
48-hours notice is required for cancellations and NO SHOW will result in the loss of DEPOSIT & TREATMENT.
We ask you medical questions, these would be 98% of the reasons why a client would have a reaction. We require you to keep us updated with medical conditions. If you are unwell and ringing up doctors surgery and the likelihood you'll be taking anti-biotics, require you to notify us as soon as it happens.
Courses of treatment require a strict expiry date. It is the client's responsibility to notify us of any changes which can deter you from completing on time.

Bookings for appointments with a 48 hour period require full payment in advance.

In case of adverse reaction following patch test we will reimburse the deposit payment but a small fee of £25 will incur for admin charges.

All your personal information held on our database is protected with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

N.B. All calls are recorded and monitored for quality control and training purposes.

NEW T&C’S GENERAL BEAUTY TREATMENT 09/2022

A 50% deposit is required (NON-REFUNDABLE) to ensure appointment is attended.

If you are unsure about a particular treatment or require in-clinic consultation, this can be arranged before payment or alternately we can carry out a skin analysis at a cost of £25.00 instead of paying the 50% deposit.

N.B. Any services booked with a 48 hour period require full payment in advance and is NON- REFUNDABLE should you cancel.

A series of medical questions will be asked to check your suitability for the requested treatment.

You are required to give 48-hours notice period for cancellation of treatment/s booked in advance of 48-hours.

ALL NO SHOWS will result in the loss of your DEPOSIT and also TREATMENT which will be taken away from your treatment package.

Deposit paid is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
