Cancellations & Appointments

48 hours notice is required for cancellations of appointments otherwise a full charge will occur. Clients who arrive ten minutes late will not be able to have their treatment and will be charged for that appointment. If you have a longer appointment and are late, you would still be able to go ahead with your treatment, but only for the remaining time left.

All our appointments include enough time for the client to prepare and re-dress for the treatment. If you are pregnant or on any medication, then you may be able to have some of our treatments - please ask one of our specialists.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, but please note a 4% charge will be added to the total amount.
